Typical Procedure Summary

• Analyte-specific Acti·Tips reacted in microtiter strips/plates with patient Sera, Standards and Controls for 60 minutes at room temperature
  
• Acti·Tips removed & washed (1 min. x 3)
  
• Acti·Tips transferred into clean strips/plates and reacted with Antibody Conjugate for 30 minutes room temperature.
  
• Acti·Tips removed & washed (1 min. x 3)
  
• Acti·Tips transferred into clean strips/plates and reacted with Chromogenic Substrate for 15 minutes room temperature.
  
• Acti·Tips removed and strips/plates read:
  • spectrophotometrically: quantitative results
